SHIPPING & RETURNS
Products are generally sent within 48 hours after the payment. For foreign countries, all packages are sent with Colissimo, a service of the French post. You'll receive a confirmation email from us once your package is ready, with a tracking number so that you can follow your package on its way to your place.
Although we strive to please our customers, you may receive a product that does not satisfy you.
In case of a defective product, or if you receive a wrong product or a product that does not satisfy you, you can return it within 7 days after you receive it. After 7 days, no return will be accepted.

Please note the shipment rates will be refunded in case of a defective product or an error in the package.
For any other reason, the shipment rates are on your charge.
Returned products must remain intact. Damaged or uncomplete products can not be refunded.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
